oxohash is a form of visual hashtagging that provides imagery and linking to address the limitations of Information technology conventions.
A prime example is where a domain name – a “.com” – can’t be registered starting with a “#”.
This is what happened to me when exploring the possibilities offered by the urban slang “etm.” and wanting to register “#etm..com” (yes that’s 2 dots).
